Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission
Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in corporate training salesReporting To: Business Unit Head Corporate TrainingAbout the Company:A rapidly growing corporate training organization focused on delivering high-impact learning experiences to enterprises through expert trainers and tailored programs.Job Overview:Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling corporate training services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales efforts.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the corporate training spaceDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targetsConduct client meetings, pitch training solutions, and close dealsBuild long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and business heads in target organizationsUnderstand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to create customized training proposalsMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM toolsNegotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring profitable dealsMeet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to leadershipRepresenting the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in corporate training or L&D servicesDemonstrated ability to generate leads, close large deals, and exceed sales targetsStrong network in HR, L&D, and CXO circles is highly desirableExcellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentExperience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)Compensation:Fixed Salary: Based on experienceCommission Structure: Lucrative performance-based commissions on every successful saleWhat is on offer?Be part of a fast-growing company with a clear visionWork with a high-performance team and reputed clientsAttractive earning potential and performance recognitionAutonomy and ownership of the sales function
