Business Development Manager - Corporate Solutions

Core responsibilities

• Business and market analysis

  : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and solutions that align with the company's goals.

• Client relationship management

  : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients by understanding their needs and acting as the primary point of contact.

• Sales strategy and execution

  : Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to drive revenue, set sales targets, and manage the entire sales pipeline.

• Proposal and presentation

  : Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the company's solutions to prospective clients and decision-makers.

• Deal closure

  : Negotiate and close deals by leveraging strong negotiation skills and collaborating with internal teams, such as legal and technical experts.

• Collaboration and reporting

  : Work with internal departments like marketing and sales to ensure aligned goals and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress to senior leadership.

Key qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or a similar B2B sales role.
• Strong understanding of corporate markets and the ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.,Zoho,Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
