Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 years (in sales/business development, preferably in interiors, paint, home decor, or related industries)

Key Responsibilities

Target Achievement

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective strategies and execution.

    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Lead Generation & Management

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.

    • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions

    • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with clients.

Market Expansion

    • Identify and explore new markets to expand the company's footprint.

    • Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.

Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Present product offerings and customized solutions to prospective clients.

    • Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and presentations.

Customer Focus

    • Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide customized solutions.

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in target-based sales, lead generation, and business development.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.

  • Open to field work and site visits

  • Open for full time work, Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM
