---About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of our business growth. The role involves building strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and clients, driving recruitment and training programs, generating leads for website development & digital marketing services, and handling overall business development activities.---Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach colleges in villages and cities to set up recruitment & training programs.Build partnerships with colleges for internships, workshops, and training programs.Generate new business opportunities for Website Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Services.Work on lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.Handle sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates.Contribute to the overall business strategy and help expand company presence.---RequirementsGraduate/Post-Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).0 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).Ability to build strong connections with colleges and clients.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.Willing to travel within Rajasthan for business meetings & college tie-ups.---What We OfferCompetitive Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).Performance-based incentives & growth opportunities.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing IT & Training company.Exposure to handling end-to-end business development.---📍 Work Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
