Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven

Sales Manager

with 5+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, inside sales, and outbound growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, staffing, and multi-channel outreach while driving end-to-end sales processes in the US territory. This role demands resilience, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage the

    entire sales cycle

    : prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Utilize Zoho to track pipeline, sales forecasts, and client interactions.
  • Perform advanced sales data mining to identify new opportunities and optimize outreach.
  • Lead outbound growth activities: LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative account management.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior sales team members when required.
  • Handle objections with confidence, converting challenges into successful deals.
  • Present regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a strong track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce/Zoho CRM and knowledge of

    Sales/Service Cloud.

  • Proficiency in sales tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Upwork.
  • Proven experience in staffing, sales data mining, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Highly persistent, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience selling into the

    US market.

  • Comfortable with

    US market timings (6 PM 3 AM).


Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle and consultative solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior sales team members.
