Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)

• Experience in Business development preferably for Private customers.
• Experience in Key account management
• Planning and formation of strategy to increase market penetration in Southern region in private sector for PMC, QA/QC and TPI services
• Experience in handling customers from the sectors like Real Estate/Commercial/Industrial etc.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of an organization
• Proficient in handling techno commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets
• Experience with PMC / TPI Companies will be given preference
• Ready to travel across India

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)

Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts. Scheduling workload to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.

Education

Total Experience : 5 to 10 +yrs

B. Tech (Civil) is must, MBA/Post Graduation would be plus
