As a Business Development Manager in the FMCG/Fintech industry in India, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maximizing brand visibility through various channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, build strong relationships with channel partners, and implement effective marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness and sales growth. - Identify and onboard strategic brands, eB2B, cash and carry partners, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand the market reach. - Build strong relationships with existing partners through regular meetings and necessary support. - Conduct market research to analyze consumer insights, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions to support channel partners and achieve sales targets. - Create and deliver channel-specific marketing materials like product collateral, sales presentations, and training materials to assist channel partners in effectively promoting products/services. - Monitor and evaluate channel marketing performance, conduct ROI analysis, sales data evaluation, and market share analysis to provide insights for optimization. - Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may influence channel marketing strategies. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative marketing programs, incentives, and loyalty initiatives to enhance channel partner engagement and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. - 3 years of proven experience, preferably in the FMCG, Retail, Telecom, eB2B, or the fintech industry in India. - High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset. - Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable marketing plans. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and deliver results within deadlines.
