Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel and tourism industry with a proven track record in sales, partnership development, and client acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and vendors.
• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, including special interest tours.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the agency at industry events, travel expos, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of travel products, packages, and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
