Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing and Appointing of Distributors as and when required.
  • Motivating and Coaching the Distributor team.
  • Handling distributor issues with regards to claims returns.
  • Taking Care of route operation Market Scheming.
  • Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
  • Being a communication channel between company and distributor.
  • Driving Volume and Growth in given Territory
  • Managing Primary and Secondary sales.
  • Operation of trade schemes within allocated budget.
  • Must have handled more than 5 crores monthly business.
