Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Padrauna. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and driving the company's growth strategy. Day-to-day tasks include researching and analyzing market trends, developing business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and strategies. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be involved in creating marketing strategies, attending industry events, and representing ChaiMitra in various capacities.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals
Knowledge of the tea and hospitality industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
