Salary Range: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting verticals (HR, Strategy, Process, Operations, and Technology) -

    Manage

    Client acquisition, Revenue targets

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create and implement business development plans aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
  • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with consulting, marketing, and project management teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the firm.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business growth, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
