Position Overview

Business Development Manager based in the UAE

This is a client-facing, target-driven role with full autonomy and support from our delivery teams in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across the UAE and GCC markets for outsourcing solutions.
  • Present and sell customized BPO services including voice support, back-office processing, and chat/email support.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and CXOs.
  • Collaborate with the India-based operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery execution.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows across the region.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in

    B2B sales or business development

    , ideally in outsourcing, ITES, customer support, or service-based industries.
  • Located in the UAE

    with existing market knowledge and a strong local client network.
  • Experience dealing with decision-makers in industries such as

    real estate, financial services, business consulting, digital marketing, or e-commerce

    .
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
