Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Kolkata
Industry: IT / Telecom / Software / B2B Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell IT services, telecom solutions, cloud, software, or managed services
  • Identify enterprise and SME clients
  • Handle complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → closure
  • Coordinate with presales/technical teams for solution design
  • Build channel partners and strategic alliances
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports

Preferred Background

  • Experience in IT services, VOIP, Cloud, Networking, Call Center solutions, SaaS
  • Knowledge of enterprise clients and corporate sales
  • Exposure to domestic or international markets

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in IT services / Telecom / SaaS preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
