Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position: Business Development Manager-Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduation in any stream (minimum)
Location: Shapoorji, New Town, Near Iskcon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and investors.
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, site visits, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings, property presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good understanding of the real estate market (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• * Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
