Job Description – Business Development Manager - Prowealth This is field sales role. Apply only if you ready to work on field in B2C segment. 1. Responsible for business growth through selling, upselling, cross-selling financials products and services. 2. New client acquisition through lead generation till conversion and onboarding. 3. Growth in revenue from existing clientele and new clients. 4. Handling a team of 4 and more BDEs and you need to lead from the front. 5. Excellent knowledge of financials products like Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stock Markets, etc. 6. Ready to move in the field. 7. Someone with go-getter attitude, ready to aspire for achieving new heights every time. 8. Customer retention through servicing and engagement. 9. Must be comfortable working with laptops – making reports, MIS, data sheets, etc. 10. Must have excellent communication skills and great inter-personal skills. 11. Should be a good learner, who can understand financials products and can explain it in simpler terms to clients.
