Business Development Manager (BDM)

Pioneer immgiration is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving growth through identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the immigration services sector.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients seeking immigration services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, legal partners, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and drive client satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement to expand service reach.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs, showcasing the company’s immigration solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and conferences to build relationships and promote services.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the immigration or legal services industry
• Strong knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively without oversight
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organizational and time-management abilities
• High degree of computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• BDM: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi/English/Punjabi (Preferred)
