Job Description: As a Visa Counselor, you will play a key role in assisting prospective students in navigating their study abroad journey. Your responsibilities will include providing information on courses, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring they understand the visa requirements. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students to discuss study abroad programs. Provide expert counseling on course selections, application processes, and visa requirements. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up on leads. Address student questions with clear, friendly communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to foster trust and support. Requirements: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Prior experience in the immigration field is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills.
