Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Kochi / Kottayam, Kerala
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote company products/services.
• Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles (preferably in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, Education, IT, Real Estate, etc.]).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
