We're currently expanding our team and looking for driven individuals to join us in our Calicut operations. Role: Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients, dealers, and retailers in the region Promote and sell our tile adhesive products to the construction and building materials market Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-up Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic planning Requirements: A graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required) Prior experience in sales, preferably in building materials or related fields Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary based on experience Attractive incentive structure based on product sales volume Travel allowances and performance-based rewards How to Apply: Interested candidates can email their resume or contact us.
