Role: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients, dealers, and retailers in the region
• Promote and sell our tile adhesive products to the construction and building materials market
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-up
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic planning

Requirements:

• A graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in building materials or related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Fixed salary based on experience
