Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Agent recruitment and development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents and agency partners to build the agency network.
  • Sales and performance management:
  • Drive sales and ensure business targets are met by coaching agents.
  • Conduct joint sales calls and provide support to help agents close deals.
  • Monitor agent performance and retention.
  • Training and support:
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents' product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide ongoing support to agents and act as a single point of contact for their queries.
  • Market analysis and strategy:
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business and advisor opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase agent strength and business.
  • Compliance and reporting:
  • Ensure all sales activities and agents adhere to company policies and regulatory norms.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on business performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
