As an experienced candidate with 3-5 years in customer-facing environments such as sales or account management, we are looking for someone with prior quota carrying sales experience in fields like SaaS sales, B2B sales, technology product sales, etc. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities while also maintaining strong client relationships. A proven track record of consistently leading KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing environments to excel in sales and account management roles. - Meet and exceed sales quotas in areas such as SaaS sales, B2B sales, and technology product sales. - Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. - Demonstrate consistent leadership in key performance indicators related to customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing environments like sales or account management. - Prior experience in quota carrying sales, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology product sales. - Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships. - Demonstrated ability to consistently lead KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention.
