Job Description

You will play a key role as a Business Development Manager within our team, demonstrating a dynamic and results-driven approach. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. To excel in this position, you must be a strategic thinker with robust sales skills and a dedication to providing value to clients. Your duties will involve identifying and pursuing new business prospects across existing and emerging markets, strategizing and executing sales plans to meet company objectives and broaden the client base, as well as cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with potential and current clients. Market research to pinpoint trends, client needs, and competition will be crucial, alongside delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with negotiating contracts to secure profitable agreements and monitoring sales performance metrics to provide regular updates to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being advantageous. Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role is essential, along with a solid grasp of sales principles and customer relationship management. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, as well as self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in Digital Marketing and a background of 3 to 6 years in a similar capacity. This is a full-time position based in Amritsar, Punjab, requiring a willingness to travel up to 25%.
