Job Title: Business Development Manager – AV Sales (Interior Design Sector) Location: Gurgaon / Delhi / Noida Industry: Audio-Visual (AV) Solutions for Interior Designers and Architects Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Business Development or B2B Sales Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with strong connections in the interior design and architecture industry across Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, closing high-value sales, and maintaining long-term B2B relationships . Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and turnkey contractors. Promote and sell our AV (Audio-Visual) solutions for residential and commercial interior projects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and architecture community. Generate qualified leads, pitch solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet monthly revenue targets. Attend design expos, networking events, and industry meet-ups to build new connections. Coordinate with the internal AV solutions team to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in AV, home automation, or interior products. Strong existing network of designers and architects in NCR (Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with AV products is a plus. Salary: Competitive, with performance-based incentives.
