About the Role

India Designer Show is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Events Industry. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the most prestigious platforms in the fashion and lifestyle events space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure potential clients, sponsors, and partners for upcoming events.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities within the fashion and luxury events domain.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to develop customized business proposals.
• Meet business targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to strengthen business strategies.
• Represent India Designer Show at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in the Events Industry (mandatory).
• Strong network within fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
