Business Development Manager (BDM)

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales;

· Develop and implement strategies to increase Sales & Revenue Growth.

· Monthly Target planning based on previous year sales.

· Set performance goals and ensure team members meet sales targets.

· Identify Non-Performers and Report to HR and Directors

· Wholesalers sales growth plan and target setting

Branch Visit;

· Monthly visit to all firms including sisterconcerns

· Monthly Sales Team meeting in branches

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

· Work with the store team to enhance showroom displays for better customer engagement.

· Ensure Change display of Ground floor within 10 days, and others in 30 days.

· Weekly once sitting at Ideal décor, shopprix taliparamba Branch

· Ensure the showroom is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

· Delivery report – sales report cross check.

Marketing;

· Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ strategies.

· Recommend new product categories or promotions based on market demand.

· Stay updated on the latest furniture trends, designs, and materials.

· Work closely with the marketing team to boost showroom footfall.

· Social media engagement.

Promotion;

· Execute promotional campaigns – Festival marketing Planning before 2 Months

· Plan Advertisement campaigns, Brochures, and all other advertisement materials

· Implement online and offline sales strategies, including digital marketing, social media promotions, and in-store events.

· Collaboration with influencers

Reports;

· Prepare sales reports on 10 Days basis and monthly basis

· Monthly employee wise sales report of all branches.

· Prepare and present monthly branch wise business reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
