*Business Development Manager – Real Estate Responsibilities:*  Find and reach out to new clients interested in property buying or investments. Build and keep good relationships with customers. Work closely with our sales and marketing team to help grow the business. Visit properties and talk to potential clients in person, over the phone, or online. Help close deals and achieve sales targets. Stay updated about the property market and what clients want. Attend events and network with others in the real estate industry. Qualification:  Sales or business development experience, ideally in real estate. Friendly personality and clear communication skills. Self-driven and comfortable working alone or with a team.
