• Drive student admissions for Germany programs (Bachelor’s, Post Graduation).

• Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion management.
• Collaborate with the counselling and operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Maintain market insights and competitor analysis for continuous growth.
• Represent Europe Careers professionally in local events and meetings.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Previous experience in education sales, study abroad, or training industry preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close partnerships.
• Target-driven mindset with strong presentation and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and outreach activities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
