Job Description: Head -Business Development
Location: Spaze Itech Park, Sector 49, Gurgaon

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales. Preference would be given to people from Finance
Background. Must have excellent rapport with Chartered Accountants, Company
Secretaries, Investment Bankers, Merchant Bankers & DSAs
Personality: Attractive, pleasing Personality is a pre-requisite, ambitious, go-getter
Qualification: MBA in Finance preferred
Travel: Delhi -NCR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implementstrategiesto attract new business opportunitiesin the
Business-to-Business sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
3. Identify market trends and competitor activitiesto recommend salesstrategies.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
5. Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
6. Prepare and deliver presentationsto potential clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure clientsatisfaction and retention.
8. Travel pan India asrequired to meet clients and attend industry events.
9. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.

1. Achieve monthly/quarterly salestargets.
2. Increase the client base by acquiring new business accounts.
3. Develop and implement effective business developmentstrategies.
4. Enhance brand visibility and market presence in the B2B sector.
