Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and upselling to existing clients. You will be expected to generate leads, manage the sales cycle, conduct market research, maintain client relationships, develop partnerships, create proposals and presentations, and provide regular reports to the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying leads through various channels - Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and ensure smooth client onboarding - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction - Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand business reach and visibility - Create customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to attract high-potential clients - Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and performance dashboards for regular updates to the management team Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills - Strong sales acumen - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proficiency in delivering effective presentations - Familiarity with closure techniques Additional Details: Please note that this position is specifically looking for female candidates only.
