Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)   Key Responsibilities ·      Opportunity Identification:  Researching and identifying new markets, potential clients, and innovative solutions to drive business growth.  ·      Lead Generation:  Finding and attracting potential customers through various methods and qualifying them to become active leads.  ·      Relationship Management:  Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and partners.  ·      Strategic Planning:  Developing business plans and strategies to enter new markets, meet client needs, and achieve company objectives.  ·      Proposal Development:  Creating tailored proposals and presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can add value to clients.  ·      Negotiation and Closing:  Leading negotiations and securing new deals and strategic partnerships that benefit both the company and its clients.  ·      Internal Collaboration:  Working closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure aligned goals and smooth project execution.  ·      Market Analysis:  Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to inform business decisions.      ·      Reporting:  Monitoring and reporting on sales progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business objectives to stakeholders.  Essential Skills ·      Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.  ·      Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Crucial for building relationships, making presentations, and collaborating effectively.  ·      Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and partnerships.  ·      Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough research to understand markets and identify opportunities.  ·      Sales Acumen: Understanding of the sales process to guide prospects from the top of the sales funnel to a closed deal.  Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various internal departments.
