Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring: Ecommerce- Senior Associate. Build With Us, Grow With Us (Literally)! Location: Currently WFH (aka your couch or that one café with good Wi-Fi). Will move to office once we find “the one”. Experience: 2–4 years of doing real eComm stuff (and not just making fancy reports nobody reads). Who Are We? We’re a very new company. Like, still-sipping-the-first-cup-of-coffee new. But don’t let that scare you. Think of us as a rocket that’s still on the launchpad – engines are revving, fuel is loaded, and we’re looking for a co-pilot who doesn’t just want to do a job, but wants to build something epic from scratch. You in? Who Are We Looking For? A Senior Associate who isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves (figuratively... or literally, your call). Someone who knows the ins and outs of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and can handle them like a pro. If you’ve ever said, “Oh, I’ll just upload the listings in bulk, it’s faster,” we already like you. What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers) >Listing Wizardry: Creating and uploading listings like a boss across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (and more, maybe aliens someday? Who knows!) >Operational Juggler: Creating shipments, tracking orders, chasing platform support (and breathing through it all). >Excel Magician: Data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs – not just for the sake of it, but to make real business decisions. >Account Manager 101: You’ve handled brands or accounts, preferably from 0 to “Oh wow, we’re trending now”. >Stakeholder Whisperer: You’ve managed expectations, dealt with agencies, and maybe even explained ROAS to someone who thought it was a new cricket stat. >Amazon Ads Slinger: You know how to set up and optimize Amazon ads – not an expert, but enough to know what’s burning money and what’s making it rain. >Jargon Fluent: CTR, ACOS, CVR, CPC, FBA, etc. don’t scare you – they excite you. >Ownership Mentality: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You spot things, fix them, and proudly say, “Done.” What You’ll Get >A monthly pay of upto ₹20,000 + incentives (based on experience). >You’re not just “an employee.” You’ll work directly with the directors – think of it as a mini-MBA every day. >Freedom to ideate, suggest, create – we don’t believe in micro-managing or asking for 12-slide PPTs on “synergy.” >Opportunity to grow with the company.
