Job Description

As a Business Development Manager focusing on B2B Institutions and Universities, your role will involve driving new customer acquisition in your assigned territory. This includes onboarding new Colleges, Universities, and Educational Institutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Networking with key decision-makers such as Directors, Deans, and Chairpersons to execute MOUs for partnerships. - Establishing and enhancing the company's presence across target markets. - Implementing promotional and marketing strategies to support institutional engagement. - Managing B2B sales, key accounts, relationship management, and revenue collections. - Maintaining strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets. To excel in this role, you must meet the following must-have requirements: - Graduation is mandatory. - 4-10 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales. - Strong communication skills and a professional personality. - Demonstrated experience in new client acquisition and revenue-driven roles. - Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. This is a full-time position that requires working in person. If you have previous experience working with colleges and universities and have successfully brought on-board clients in this domain, you could be a great fit for this role.
