Job Description

As a Business Development Manager/Staffing Account Manager for US IT Staffing based in HITECH City, Hyderabad, Telangana, you will be responsible for developing new client accounts, interacting with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities, and overseeing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing. In addition, you will lead a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them, and ensure revenue targets are met. Client relationship management, building accounts with contractor staffing needs, and identifying opportunities for IT Services projects will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development and account management in the US market, with prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners/End Clients and a track record of successful placements. You should be aggressive, target-oriented, and able to work independently in high-pressure environments. Strong technical recruitment skills, proficiency in MS Office and related products, and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential for success in this role. Requirements for this position include a minimum of two years of experience as a Recruiter (preferably within a technical field), familiarity with employment laws, and at least an Associates degree with equivalent experience. Professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are also important. You will interact daily with clients, management, internal employees, potential candidates, consultants, and outside vendors, so excellent communication skills are a must. In terms of working conditions, you can expect constant exposure to a computer and sitting for extended periods of time. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, grammar, composition, contextual and proofreading skills, as well as knowledge of modern office practices and MS Office or compatible applications, are necessary. Problem-solving abilities, strong time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently will be key to your success in this role.
