Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM): We are looking dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in the US IT Staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with US-based Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of consultants Understand client hiring needs and submit suitable profiles in coordination with the recruitment team. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Meet monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets Negotiate terms of business (rate, agreement, billing terms, etc.) with clients.
