Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with over 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our software training institute based in Kochi. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identifying and qualifying potential clients (individuals, companies, or organizations) interested in software training. - Developing and implementing lead generation strategies, such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media marketing. - Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Relationship Building and Client Management: - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and potential clients. - Understanding client needs and customizing training programs to meet their specific requirements. - Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the client lifecycle. Sales and Negotiation: - Presenting training programs and solutions to potential clients. - Negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve revenue targets. - Closing deals and securing new business opportunities. Market Research and Analysis: - Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. - Analyzing client needs and industry trends to develop effective business development strategies. - Staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals. - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and tactics. - Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development performance.
