Post-Training Job Location:

Jalandhar Branch (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
• Generate leads and convert them into paying clients through meetings, follow-ups, and consultation scheduling.
• Promote wellness and cosmetology services in the local market.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to improve business performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in fieldwork, client pitching, and consultation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
• Willingness to complete 15-day unpaid training in Chandigarh.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days and 1 day week off alternate monday to Friday )
Surday to Sunday working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,463.00 per month
