Key Responsibilities

Architect Engagement & Concept Pitching

• Visit architecture and interior design offices regularly to present the BathDetails concept.
• Build relationships with senior and junior specifiers to become a trusted go-to representative.
• Educate them on product range, project support, and the unique value proposition of BathDetails.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

• Actively generate leads and opportunities through relationship-building.
• Qualify and pass on these leads to the appropriate

  Key Account Managers or Team Leaders

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure seamless handover from interest to conversion.

Market Intelligence & Feedback Collection

• Take regular feedback from the architecture community and share actionable insights with the

  Product Team

  .
• Track which products, formats, or presentations are working effectively in the market.

Sales Oversight & Collaboration

• Track overall performance of the BathDetails showroom.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure warm leads are progressing through the funnel.
• Be accountable for total sales numbers for the showroom in coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in

  business development or specification sales

  , preferably in interiors, bathroom products, or building materials.
• Prior exposure to architect or interior designer network is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-groomed, charismatic, and confident in representing a premium brand.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Highly organized, reliable, and a natural team player.
