Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with

    real estate developers, hotels, corporates, and institutions

    .
  • Identify new business opportunities in the

    B2B furniture & interiors sector

    .
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to generate project leads.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless client handovers to the execution team.
  • Work closely with leadership to

    shape sales strategy and expansion plans

    .
Who We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    B2B sales

    (preferred sectors: building materials, interiors, real estate, hospitality).
  • Strong network with

    builders, hotels, corporates, or institutions

    in Lucknow/UP.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for business growth.
