As a Business Development Manager at our growing interior turnkey & furniture manufacturing company based in Lucknow, you will be responsible for driving our B2B growth journey. Your role will involve: - Building and managing relationships with real estate developers, hotels, corporates, and institutions. - Identifying new business opportunities in the B2B furniture & interiors sector. - Collaborating with architects, designers, and consultants to generate project leads. - Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring seamless client handovers to the execution team. - Working closely with leadership to shape sales strategy and expansion plans. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: - 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors such as building materials, interiors, real estate, or hospitality. - A strong network with builders, hotels, corporates, or institutions in Lucknow/UP. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. - A self-starter with a passion for business growth.
