Key Objectives:

The key responsibility would be to develop strategies to expand the company's customer base, building and  maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new markets to enter to drive revenue growth by expanding the company market presence, achieving sales targets, and contributing to long-term organizational growth

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify areas for growth.
• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet company targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide value-driven client solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Established connections with architects, interior designers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient analytical and research abilities to identify trends and insights.
• Expertise in project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
