As a Business Development Associate or Manager at My STEM Lab, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with educational institutions to promote STEM education programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research to identify potential clients in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present solutions effectively. - Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our STEM education offerings. For Business Development Manager (BDM), additional responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the education sector. - Establishing strong partnerships with educational institutions. - Supervising, guiding, and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. - Assigning tasks to team members, monitoring their progress, and providing constructive feedback. - Evaluating team performance and ensuring effective team management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - At least 1 year of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning. - Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for client meetings and events. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
