Business Development Manager / Associate

As a Business Development Associate & Manager at My STEM Lab, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of STEM education programs in educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research to identify potential clients in schools, colleges, and educational institutions. - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present solutions effectively. - Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our STEM education offerings. For Business Development Manager (BDM) role, additional responsibilities include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the education sector. - Building and maintaining strong partnerships with educational institutions. - Supervising, guiding, and motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. - Assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience of 1+ years in business development, preferably in the education sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning. - Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for client meetings and events. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
