dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate & Manager

• Conduct research to identify potential clients, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions that could benefit from our STEM programs.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions to understand their needs and present our solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of our STEM education offerings.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress effectively.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience of

  1+ years

  in business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education, innovation, and STEM learning.
• Willingness to

  travel extensively across PAN India

  for client meetings and events.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
