We’re growing with a strong focus on quality work, clean execution, and human-first project culture.---🚀 Who We're Looking ForA curious, people-smart, action-driven individual who loves connecting with design firms, brands, and potential clients. Someone who values relationships over selling and can follow through with clarity and persistence.---🎯 What You'll DoReach out to design studios, architects & brands for collaborationFollow up with prospects (retail brands, corporates, NRIs, etc.)Share pitch decks, case studies, and arrange intro callsMaintain CRM updates and weekly lead statusCoordinate with the founders for first-level meetings---🧠 Skills RequiredClear communication (spoken & written English)Patience and emotional intelligence in dealing with creativesBasic familiarity with architecture/interiorsSelf-driven, good with follow-ups---💼 Details📍 Location: Chennai (KK Nagar preferred, hybrid flexibility)🕒 Timing: Full-time, Mon–Sat (Part-time/consultant also possible)💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month (based on experience)🎯 Bonus: Performance-based incentives---✅ Bonus if You:Have worked in design/build spaceHave contacts in architecture or retailCan manage outreach via LinkedIn + WhatsApp + Email
