Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Affiliate CPL, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new affiliates, managing existing affiliate relationships, and developing strategies to optimize affiliate campaigns. Daily tasks include negotiating deals, analyzing campaign performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall performance. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships within the affiliate network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development within the CPL affiliate marketing space, preferably for international markets
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, lead generation, and CPL campaign dynamics
• Strong Account Management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
