Job Description

As an Inbound Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of the inbound travel business. Your role will involve identifying and nurturing new international partnerships, crafting destination-specific travel packages, and increasing revenue through targeted sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Discover and cultivate fresh business prospects with international travel agents, tour operators, and B2B partners. - Promote inbound travel services and experiences to specific markets and build enduring relationships with global travel trade partners. - Design and present tailored travel packages according to market needs and company capabilities. - Attend international travel fairs, trade shows, and networking events to showcase inbound services. - Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to refine offerings and sales strategies based on competitor activities and market trends. - Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses. - Lead contract negotiations and secure partnership agreements with B2B clients and DMCs. - Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns targeting foreign markets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 7 years of proven experience in B2B travel sales or inbound business development. - Established network of global travel agents or tour operators (advantageous). - Profound understanding of inbound travel operations and destination management. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for travel and customer experience. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities. - Multilingual abilities are desirable.
