Exp. from END TO END KNOWLEDGE OF US Medical Billing Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Healthcare Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for on boarding clients, managing healthcare professionals, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process tailored to the U.S. healthcare market. This position requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a passion for delivering high-quality staffing solutions. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Identify new business and partnering opportunities. - Obtain business information and procurement leads. - Develop and populate database of potential hospitals, providers & clinics. This should include a network of contacts and development strategies for each respective source. - Take the lead in proposal writing and prepare RFI / RFP. - Track deadlines and timelines & track the status of proposals after submission. - Follow up on the post-proposal debriefing meetings to discuss processes & all pertinent issues. - Working with Operations team lead to cross sell and improve revenue to existing accounts. Candidate Must Have: - - End-to-end understanding of provider value chain with an in-depth understanding of revenue cycle management functions (Medical billing, Coding, Demography & accounts receivable, etc.) - Minimum 5 years of experience of working with US healthcare Client handling. - Should have well connected network in the healthcare industry. - Excellent skills in research, negotiation, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills in English. - In-depth knowledge of Business Strategies.
