• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets
for B2B events
• Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing,
social media outreach, and attending networking events
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant products/services
• Evaluate leads and maintain an accurate lead database for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and ensure smooth
handover
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize lead
generation for B2B events
• Proven experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
