Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development (IT Sales) role, which is hybrid, meaning it is based in Bhopal with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development professional will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, handling customer service, and nurturing client relationships. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, creating sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to close sales and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in IT sales is a plus
